Job Scope

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit quotation details to clients, supporting the team throughout the process.
- Communicate and follow-up on submitted quotations. Seek clarifications from clients, address highlighted points, and arrange meetings with clients and/or relevant parties when required.
- Compile and submit list of goods/service for purchase to the inter-division team. Coordinate with the Purchasing team, suppliers and subcontractors on specifications and work scope.
- Maintain and update purchase data, including goods/service pricing. Support internal audits by ensuring documentation complies with established workflows.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and provide timely updates on available stock levels.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an engineering-related environment.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
