Job Scope
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for driving improvements in field efficiency and productivity and service quality.
•Plan, develop and implement field innovation initiatives using new technologies.
•Support Field Operations in adopting digital solutions, including robotics and automation.
•Assist in implementing robotics, automation, and smart technologies to enhance field performance.
•Conduct training and provide technical guidance to field personnel when required.
•Maintain and continuously improve existing system and technologies.

Requirements
•Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics & Automation Engineering.
•Minimum of 2 years of working experience in lift and escalator industry or field service.
•Exposure to robotics or automation or smart technologies is an advantage.
•Observe all safety regulations and compliance.
•Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
