Job Scope
Responsibilities:
•Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Conduct monthly safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure adherence to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Safety Acts and Regulations.
•Investigate and document incidents, near misses, or accidents, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
•Conduct safety training sessions and actively promote safety awareness among employees and subcontractors.
•Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management, clients, and relevant authorities.
•Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement and uphold safe work practices.

Requirements
•Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline.
•Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B or equivalent) and other relevant WSH certificates.
•Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry
•Proficient in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
•Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B or equivalent) and other relevant WSH certificates.
•Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry
