
Job Scope
Responsibilities:
- Support team in preparing and submitting quotation details to Clients.
- Communicate and follow-up on the quotation submitted to Clients. Seek clarification with clients and answer all points as highlighted. If necessary, have a meeting session with clients and/or relevant parties.
- Compile and submit list of goods/service purchase to inter-division team. Engage with Purchasing team, suppliers and subcontractors on its detailed specification and work scope.
- Maintain and update the purchase data on its goods/service purchase pricing. Support internal audits by having document compliance with the work flow as established.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an engineering-related environment.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
