Job Scope
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for lift performance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Compliance with safety regulations and adherence to industry standards.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance include new product or software testing as well as supervision and support to lift specialists/lift technicians.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through reliable and prompt service delivery.
- Meeting assigned projects target, quality standard, cost and contractual obligations.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in lift and escalator systems, diagnostic tools, and safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and field maintenance preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
