Job Scope
Responsibilities:
•Lead and supervise the lift and escalator service team.
•Provide technical support, monitoring performance, and resolve technical/contractual matters.
•Liaise with customers regarding service activities and ensure prompt follow-up.
•Coordinate and monitor daily works activities to ensure smooth operations.
•Prepare and conduct training sessions for the service team to enhance technical competency.
•Prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner.

Requirements
•Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum of 2 years of working experience in lift and escalator industry or in project management.
•Observe all safety compliances.
•Willingness to work after regular hours and be on standby when required.
•Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
