Job Scope
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for providing post sales technical support to customers as per contract terms.
•Coordinate and supervise a team of supervisors, engineers and technicians engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance of lifts and escalators.
•Prepare and conduct technical and safety training for maintenance field staff.
•Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities for optimal equipment performance and compliance with service standards.
•Response timely to breakdowns and service calls, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
•Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
•Liaise with customers, contractors, and relevant authorities on maintenance matters and service improvements.
•Coordinate spare parts availability of critical components for maintenance work.
•Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and performance analysis for management review.
•Drive quality assurance and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
•Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum of 5 years of working experience in lift and escalator industry or in project management.
•Observe all safety compliances.
•Willingness to work after regular hours and be on standby when required.
•Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
